The "photodrom" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of photodrom or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Your Content: By posting, uploading, or submitting any content to the Services, you grant photodrom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Services and our business. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license for any content you submit.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall photodrom, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Services. We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with any telephone network, online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution in London, United Kingdom. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop any actual or threatened infringement of our intellectual property rights.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
